avoid going to the Tracy, West value Mall Location. This store has the wrong scrubs needed for the program, poor selection, a limited return policy where basically you have 10 days to return or exchanges, I don't believe she does money back. THE STORE MANAGER HAS BEEN RUDE TO SEVERAL STUDENTS IN THE PROGRAM AND PROVIDES HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Store credits issued by this store have a 30 day expiration policy, yes this means you loose your money if you fail to purchase something in her store within the 30 days, NO EXCEPTIONS!
